Christmas Mantle
I love trying new ideas on my mantle every year for Christmas. This year I was inspired by my friend Emily Massengill’s garland mirror with hanging bells. With her permission, I am sharing her design, and how I made it my own.

I tried to wrap my evergreen garland around the mirror, but it didn’t wrap as pretty as hers. I used it on the mantle instead, and adorned it with gold garland, fairy lights, lit trees from Target, and ornaments. I also added a smaller mirror for a layered look.

I ordered these bells from Amazon and got the ornament pine cone with burlap ribbon from Walmart and added it to the bells. The 3 silver Christmas bells were from Amazon and the greenery attached to it is from Walmart. I have attached the link to the hanging bells (greenery and ornament not included) below. See my post Hanging Christmas Bells on my blog for a picture without the greenery. Cute and versatile to use so many ways!

I love playing with apps and filters, so here it is after adding an overlay. It looks like a Christmas card.

Wrapping is underway and we are ready to celebrate Christ Our Savior!

I love how it turned out. It just goes to show you how you can take a vision and make it your own. I am thankful for friends who inspire me, and I hope you were too by my take on this design.
Thanks for stopping by the blog!
